With the official launch of WISER Quantum Fundamentals and Advanced Algorithms - now the world’s largest quantum training program in AP, India - and over 10,000 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲, we’ve crossed an important milestone in our mission to build and scale the global quantum ecosystem.
For a country like India, where R&D spending still hovers below 0.7% of GDP, compared to 2.5% in the US and China, quantum tech presents a rare chance for India to leapfrog decades of underinvestment and build ventures at a pace we haven’t seen before.
And India’s intent is unmistakable: over Rs.6000 crore committed through the National Quantum Mission, the announcement of a national Quantum Policy, and now Amaravati emerging as the Quantum Valley. Andhra Pradesh is making a bold bet.. turning its IT and deeptech strengths into global quantum influence.
It was a real honour to hear 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐮 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐮, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, articulate his vision of building the world’s quantum capital, and to see our work recognised in shaping the Amaravati Quantum Valley. Lokesh Nara, the Minister for Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, along with Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education and global partners like IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, and The Washington Institute for STEM, Entrepreneurship and Research are setting clear expectations for Quantum-driven innovation. The momentum is real.
Our collaboration with Qubitech has been central to making this a reality. Deep gratitude to their team and to our many partners who have welcomed us so warmly and helped us hit the ground running.
Looking forward to 2026, we're ready to accelerate to the next phase.
Dr. JBV Reddy, Pradyumna P S, Sridhar C V, L Venkata Subramaniam, anil kumar, Shaik Rizwan, Prudhvi Pinnaka, PRACHI VAKHARIA, Katy Alexander, Qkrishi and everyone who made this possible, thank you.
Let's build.
