Huge congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Sravan Kumar Avunuri. During the MSBC migration project, Sravan stepped up in a big way. His proactive approach and strong organisation kept the team on track and every milestone on time. What really set him apart was his ability to manage this additional workload without dropping the ball on his day-to-day BAU responsibilities. That level of focus, consistency, and ownership is not easy to maintain under pressure. Sravan delivered it with calm and care. A well-deserved recognition. Congratulations Sravan.

Ou recent UTSAV 2025 was our celebration day for our people and their families. It brought everyone together for team activities, our awards ceremony, a vibrant carnival atmosphere, and fireworks to close the evening. More than anything, it created space for our team and their families to connect, reflect on the year’s achievements, and enjoy time together outside of work. Days like this are a reminder that the strength of Talent Formula comes from its people and the community around them. Here are a few of the highlights from the day.

Congratulations to our Employees of the Year. Our recent UTSAV 2025 event gave us a chance to properly recognise two people who set the standard this year through the way they showed up, supported their teams, and delivered for our clients. Bhoomi Jhala Bhoomi’s year has been nothing short of outstanding. The consistency and care she brings to her work is felt across her team and by every client she supports. Sriram Kumar Annamunidi Sriram stepped up when it mattered most. In the absence of a manager, he took on the responsibility of leading the team, supporting colleagues, resolving issues and keeping work moving under pressure. His leadership played a key role in delivering projects on time and to a high standard. Both awards were so well deserved. A huge congratulations to you both.

Today we launch the Talent Formula Academy, our new learning and development platform designed to help every team member build stronger skills, greater confidence, and a clear path for career growth. Over the coming months, the Academy will introduce a series of flagship programs that focus on skills that shape real impact. Our first program is the Communication Masterclass, delivered in collaboration with Think School ®. This six to eight-week course explores how ideas are structured and delivered, using cognitive frameworks, real-world case studies, and practical assignments.
