The LEDTHECHANGE workshop under the Khelnetri Program, in collaboration with Panam NGO, was a 2-day journey of learning, teamwork, and growth. On Day 1, we explored what leadership truly means — breaking it down through group discussions, interactive activities, and shared reflections. On Day 2, we stepped onto the ground to experience how to practice leadership through Sport for Development. From teamwork drills to real-time challenges, participants learned how sports can build communication, trust, and problem-solving skills.
