The Big Data & Analytics Awards were held on 3rd February 2016 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. These awards were a part of ‘ The Customer FEST Awards’ which also included Customer Experience Awards and Payment Cards Awards.
Each nomination which was received has been researched and thoroughly evaluated by Core Advisory Members of the event. These were 15 Industry Professionals who removed their valuable time from their busy schedules and agreed to be a part of this process. Each nomination which was received has been researched and thoroughly evaluated by Core Advisory Members of the event. These were 15 Industry Professionals who removed their valuable time from their busy schedules and agreed to be a part of this process. Between the core committee members they have personally got in touch with every nominee and combined with the hard copy document they evaluated each entry on a 4 point parameter. These parameters were as follows:
· Business Perspective Addressed
· Use of Analytics
· Use of Technology
· Use of Innovation / Insights
Each parameter had a rating between 0-5 and the entire nomination has been rated on a total scale of 20. The whole purpose of this research by involving industry professionals was to keep the process transparent, avoid ambiguity and built 100% credibility to the awards function and the awardees.
