I’m delighted to share that the Kerala State Cabinet has approved the construction of a new IT tower at Kochi Infoparks Kerala - a significant milestone in Kerala’s journey toward becoming a digital powerhouse. The upcoming 'Infopark Tower', to be built in Phase I on 88 cents of land in the non-SEZ zone, will offer around 2,00,000 sq. ft. of world-class workspace. With an investment of ₹118.33 crore, funded through Infopark’s own resources and a bank term loan, the project will accommodate over 2,000 highly skilled professionals and create numerous indirect employment opportunities. Designed with modern infrastructure and sustainability in focus, this tower will further strengthen Infopark’s reputation as a preferred destination for leading global technology companies. This development comes at an exciting time - as the Invest Kerala Global Summit gathers momentum, attracting strong investor interest in Kerala’s IT sector. The new tower is not just an expansion of infrastructure, but a statement of confidence in Kerala’s talent, innovation, and digital future.
