🚀 5-Minute Salesforce Revision: Security Model in Salesforce When we talk about Salesforce Security, think of it as layers of defense 🔐 1️⃣ Organization Level Who can log in? (IP ranges, login hours, MFA) 2️⃣ Object Level (CRED) Profile / Permission Set decides if a user can Create, Read, Edit, Delete a record type. 3️⃣ Field Level Restrict visibility/edit rights on specific fields (Ex: hide Salary field). 4️⃣ Record Level Controls which records a user can see. OWD (Org-Wide Defaults) → baseline (Private / Public Read Only / Public Read Write) Role Hierarchy → managers see subordinates’ data Sharing Rules → open up access Manual Sharing → user-specific access

Salesforce facts #955🤠 While creating a new user from UI, the IsActive checkbox is true and cannot be edited. However, while creating users from CSV file or API, we can set the IsActive flag to false to create the users as inactive.
