On Sunday, November 23rd, at Palazzo Sartoretti in Reggiolo, the children of Comer Industries employees took part in the "Atelier a Palazzo" initiative, a workshop dedicated to discovery, play, and creativity in a space designed specifically to stimulate curiosity and active participation. The presence of the children represented an important opportunity for sharing and dialogue between the company, families, and the local community, enhancing Comer Industries' commitment to the area in which it operates through the international research project of the ateliers organized by Reggio Children. The Mechanical Design Workshop returns this year as well. Comer Industries engineers will be at the Università degli studi di Parma to meet Mechanical Engineering students and share technical expertise related to the design of mechanical power transmissions. During the workshops, the following topics will be covered: • Sizing and calculation of gears, shafts and housings • Hands-on session with the Kisssoft software • Virtual validation and product development The initiative is part of the course “Integrated Design and Virtual Development of Mechanical Products”, taught by Prof. Fabrizio Moroni. Yestarday, at our Reggiolo factory, we hosted one of the stages of the Ruling Leaders event titled “The Comer Industries Case: Growing Through Organic and External Lines.” It was an important moment in which our President & CEO, Matteo Storchi, shared the key milestones of our growth journey and clearly illustrated the Comer Industries development model, from the IPO to the transition to the main Italian Stock Exchange listing, from significant worldwide investments aimed at penetrating markets with a business and customer-driven approach to the integration of new companies such as Walterscheid and e-comer, to the most recent agreement with Japan's Nabtesco to complete the offer with hydraulics.  It was a pleasure to engage with all participants and contribute to a broader reflection on the role of leadership in driving growth through transformation and change, investing in people, skills, and technological innovation. #ComerIndustries #RulingLeader #Leadership #Growth #Innovation

Over the past few days, our President & CEO Matteo Storchi visited the new Rockford facility in USA, together with the Industrial Vice President Giuseppe Zelano and several managers from the Industrial and R&D teams. The visit was an opportunity to review the progress of the plant’s development — one of the main focuses of our recent investments. During the visit, the team carried out the first trials to fine-tune the new assembly line, designed with a high level of automation and process control. The results for the first nine months of the year highlight a complex yet improving market. The Group recorded revenues of €661.1 million, reflecting an 11.2% decrease year-over-year. However, the third quarter demonstrated slight growth compared to the same period last year, driven by the positive performance of the agricultural sector. Matteo Storchi stated, "The Group confirmed its solidity and ability to adapt in a particularly complex market environment. Digital and production innovation, together with rigorous operational management, form the basis of our future development.
