For this Christmas, we felt a desire to look beyond our corporate boundaries and chose to actively support the #Balome Volunteer Association. It is a reality that operates in difficult contexts in #India, fighting child malnutrition every day and ensuring #children in orphanages have access to medical care, specialist visits, and the fundamental right to a safe meal. We believe that social #responsibility should not be an abstract concept, but should be translated into gestures capable of generating change. Our contribution comes from precisely this: from the desire to offer these children not only assistance, but the #hope of a better tomorrow. To make this commitment an integral part of our business community, we wanted every employee to bring a piece of this story with them. Along with the traditional Christmas gift, each colleague will receive a handcrafted Christmas #medallion, made entirely by hand by Balome volunteers. This medallion represents the red thread that unites us to this cause: a symbol of #solidarity that reminds us how, through common commitment, it is possible to turn on a light even where it is most needed. Bringing it into our homes means welcoming a message of closeness and sharing that goes far beyond the holiday season.
