At Venchi, we believe that collaboration and continuous learning are key drivers of innovation. That’s why we were proud to conclude the final presentation of the Lean Manufacturing project developed with students from the Simulation of Managerial Systems course at Politecnico di Torino. Over the past months, these talented students have worked closely with our team to analyze and optimize real production processes, bringing fresh ideas, energy and insight into our daily operations.
