    Il quinto Rapporto dell'Osservatorio ICT in Sanità della School of Management del Politecnico di Milano illustra i risultati ottenuti nel corso dell'Edizione 2012 della Ricerca, che si è posta i seguenti obiettivi:
    • stimare il valore complessivo della spesa ICT in Sanità, analizzando le priorità di investimento e le evoluzioni relative ai principali ambiti applicativi (Cartella Clinica Elettronica, Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, Mobile Health, soluzioni a supporto della medicina sul…

    Il quinto Rapporto dell'Osservatorio ICT in Sanità della School of Management del Politecnico di Milano illustra i risultati ottenuti nel corso dell'Edizione 2012 della Ricerca, che si è posta i seguenti obiettivi:
    • stimare il valore complessivo della spesa ICT in Sanità, analizzando le priorità di investimento e le evoluzioni relative ai principali ambiti applicativi (Cartella Clinica Elettronica, Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, Mobile Health, soluzioni a supporto della medicina sul territorio e dell'assistenza domiciliare, servizi digitali al cittadino, cloud computing, ecc.);
    • comprendere il livello di sviluppo del sistema di Virtual Health in Italia, mettendo in luce le differenze presenti a livello regionale;
    • studiare approfonditamente l'impatto dell'innovazione ICT sull'efficacia e l'efficienza del sistema sanitario, approfondendo anche il punto di vista dei Cittadini e dei Medici di Medicina Generale;
    • valutare il livello di coordinamento dell'innovazione ICT attraverso l'analisi delle principali leve organizzative e tecnologiche disponibili per promuoverne lo sviluppo (condivisione della spesa ICT a livello centrale, regionale e locale, adozione di standard e linee guida, ecc.).

    Per rispondere a questi obiettivi si è scelto di affiancare due modalità di indagine:
    • sei survey rivolte rispettivamente a CIO, Direttori Generali, Amministrativi e Sanitari di strutture sanitarie su tutto il territorio nazionale e a un campione rappresentativo di Medici di Medicina Generale (MMG) e di cittadini, attraverso la collaborazione con Doxapharma;
    • casi studio con interviste dirette alle aziende sanitarie e a rappresentanti degli enti regionali e del Ministero della Salute, mirati all'approfondimento di tematiche chiave ed esperienze significative.
