🧁 Flavours of May – Cupcake Competition at Tria Boards! 🍋🍓🫐 Today our workplace turned into a patisserie as we held our much-anticipated Flavours of May cupcake competition! The challenge? Bake a cupcake featuring one or more of the following seasonal ingredients: lemon, poppy seeds, strawberries, and/or blueberries. The result? An absolute feast for the eyes (and tastebuds!) thanks to our incredibly talented in-house bakers. Each entry had the potential to take the top prize — but after much careful judging, the winners were: 🥇 1st Place – Marcelle Saliba 🥈 2nd Place – Elaine Gallo 🥉 3rd Place – Maria Carla Scicluna Mugliett A huge thank you to all the participants for their creativity and effort, and a special word of appreciation to Pastry Chef Jesmond Borg, who brought his expertise and insight to the judging table.
