  • 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸? 💙💚❤️ One of the major highlights at the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 was the introduction of the Crucial Teams™️ program to Malaysia, designed to strengthen 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲. Participants joined an interactive preview facilitated by 𝗪𝗼𝗼 𝗬𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗸, where they explored the 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗠𝗩𝗦), a core element that helps leaders understand what drives behaviour and decision-making under pressure. Through MVS, participants discovered whether they lean toward 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 (𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲), 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀), 𝗥𝗲𝗱 (𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲) or a 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱. What stood out was how quickly 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 and “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘦!” moments surfaced, even among leaders meeting for the first time. This framework is grounded in the 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 (𝗦𝗗𝗜), a 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵-𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 with over 𝟱𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 in team development.     Just completed a 3-day “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” training and it was truly a meaningful experience. It was a good and fun session conducted by trainer Ashvini, who made every habit relatable to both professional and personal life. I’ve learned a lot about self-leadership, reflection, and how small mindset shifts can make a big difference in daily effectiveness. This training really changed my perspective on how I see things and I’m committed to applying these 7 Habits not only at work but also in my personal journey. If you guys ever get the chance to attend this program, please go for it. It’s one of those trainings that stays with you long after it ends. Bonus part our trainer also happens to be a dance instructor!
