Growth & Data Analytics Executive

Role Summary

As a Growth & Data Analytics Executive, you will support the team in identifying growth opportunities, tracking key metrics, and optimizing campaigns across both in-store and digital channels. You will assist in analyzing customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to help drive decisions across marketing, operations, and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights and wants to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing sales performance, foot traffic, and customer purchase trends across online and offline channels.

Support the setup and tracking of marketing campaigns, including voucher usage, app promotions, and third-party delivery performance (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda).

Help build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for internal teams.

Work with the Growth team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams on store and campaign performance tracking.

Conduct simple A/B testing and reporting for product launches or promo campaigns.

Support CRM efforts by analyzing user segments and behavior to improve customer retention.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or business analysis (internships included).

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.

Ability to turn data into simple insights and summaries for non-technical teams.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
