A clear look at the future of AI in the Netherlands at Nyenrode Business University On November 27, our team was invited by Invest-NL and ROM-Nederland to Nyenrode Business University for the AI Deep Dive event. Investors, founders, researchers and policymakers gathered to discuss how the Netherlands can strengthen its position in responsible and future ready AI innovation. Representing Asperitas were Rutger de Haij, CEO, and Floris Boeve, Alliance Manager. They took part in conversations on what the next phase of AI will require, with a focus on resilient and energy conscious digital infrastructure. → A summarizing statement from one of the panellists that stayed with us was: “How the industrial revolution transformed our physical work, AI is now transforming mental work”. A day inside a Eurofiber datacenter   Today part of our team visited the Eurofiber datacenter. For every new team member this visit is an essential part of onboarding, giving a real-world understanding of the environments our solutions support.   Jan Bonke from Eurofiber guided us through the facility and explained how everything stays running during an outage. We explored the emergency systems, walked through rooms hosting servers from different organizations, and saw a dedicated space for AI workloads.   Seeing this infrastructure up close makes a difference. Asperitas and STECON GROUP join forces to advance sustainable datacenter infrastructure in Southeast Asia!   We’re proud to announce a new collaboration between Asperitas and SINO-THAI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC CO.,LTD. (STECON) to promote and deploy sustainable thermal management solutions across Southeast Asia, one of the world’s fastest-growing digital regions.   This partnership combines Asperitas’ expertise in #ImmersedComputing and #ImmersionCooling with STECON GROUP’s regional reach and engineering capabilities. Rack power density is increasing 10X, driving the need to upgrade existing “generic” datacenters as well as build for next-gen AI infrastructure. Industry leaders are investing in Direct-to-Chip liquid, immersion, and hybrid cooled hardware stacks, while datacenter facilities adapt to enable liquid cooling at scale—even in legacy environments. To guide these decisions, the OCP TCO Workstream created an open, transparent TCO tool that compares CAPEX, OPEX, and CO₂ impact across power and cooling strategies—building confidence and supporting fact-based planning. In Yesterday's presentation at the Open Compute Project Foundation Global Summit, our CTO Andy Young, together with Eduard Roytman, Sr. Principal AI Systems Architect at Microsoft, showcased the latest capabilities of this TCO tool and presented a study on retrofitting liquid-cooled AI clusters into existing datacenters, revealing both cost implications and opportunities.
