  • "Fast. Nice people, fun, and a good focus on what we're looking for." That's Jonatan Roose, Co-founder at Healthy Workers. Speed comes from thinking alongside founders, not just sending profiles. We walked Jonatan through the process. Helped him clarify what he needed. Built interview questions that fit Healthy Workers' stage. Checked cultural fit first. He only met candidates who actually fit. No wasted time. "We have quite high expectations," Jonatan said. We share that standard. The filtering happens upfront.
