Beyond thrilled to announce that our work on SIGNS just took home TWO Bronzes at the Eurobest Awards, where the best creativity in Europe goes head-to-head. 🥉 Digital Craft: UX & Journey Design 🥉 Glass: The Lion for Change - Technology We built SIGNS alongside NVIDIA and the American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC) to use AI and a 3D avatar to teach American Sign Language with real-time feedback. ASL is the third most common language in the US, but accessible learning tools are scarce. The platform serves two purposes: Helping beginners learn to sign and letting experienced signers contribute to an open dataset that'll power better accessibility tech for the Deaf community. Building this with Hello Monday / DEPT®, NVIDIA, and ASDC has been immensely rewarding. Recognition like this reminds us why we do the work. #eurobest #impactwork #growthinvention #madebydept

For CPG brands in 2026, growth won’t be about catching eyeballs with shelf space or packaging. Instead, it’ll be about finding footing with consumers’ AI-powered personal shoppers. dept.ly/CPGin2026-LI We’re offering a bite-sized glimpse at the future of loyalty in a commercial landscape populated by not just humans, but by agentic AI too. To succeed, CPG brands will need to adapt their operating model to be AI friendly. Fixing product data governance, building machine-readable "answer packets", and treating AI as core commercial infrastructure… not just as an innovation project. For the full breakdown, download the DEPT® 2026 Trends Report. Get your copy here: dept.ly/Trends2026-LI #cpgbrands #futureofai #agenticcommerce #growthinvention #madebydept

We woke up to news that made the morning: SIGNS, our collaboration with NVIDIA, has been shortlisted at Eurobest 2025 across Digital Craft: Innovative Use of Technology, Digital Craft: UX Journey & Design, and the Glass Award for Change, Technology. SIGNS has always been a special one; an AI-powered ASL learning tool built to make signing feel natural, intuitive, and genuinely human. Huge thanks to the teams at Hello Monday / DEPT®, NVIDIA, and the American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC). The heart that went into this really shows, and it feels good to see that recognized this year. #eurobest #eurobestawards #madebydept

138 years old… And still pedaling forward. This is how we helped #Raleigh uncover a rebrand that celebrates its heritage while positioning it firmly in the present tense. dept.ly/RaleighCase-LI The contemporary cycling market is loud, crowded, and increasingly homogeneous. Everyone's chasing the same aesthetic, the same language, the same vision of tomorrow. But Raleigh (part of the Accell Group) had something different: A history that actually matters. Decades of invention. Bicycle models so beloved that people rode them before AND after the automobile revolution. So instead of making a choice between going all-in on heritage or joining the peloton of other brands chasing the future, we helped Raleigh find a way to embrace the present. Not looking back. Not predicting the future. Just riding through the now with confidence. #brandidentity #brandpositioning #futureofbrand #brandtstrategy #design #growthinvention #madebydept

Brands are heading into 2026 with frameworks built for a world that no longer exists. AI isn’t just speeding things up; it’s changing who gets to participate in the purchase decision. Your brand used to speak directly to people. Now it’s being filtered through systems that don’t care about your logo or your tagline. In this week’s Decoded by DEPT®, we’re highlighting three questions every brand leader should be asking right now — and why the answers could define your next decade. #2026strategy #2026trends #futureofai #futureofbrand #growthinvention #madebydept

Another epic edition of our annual Trends event today, which can only mean one thing: The 2026 DEPT® Trend Report is officially out. Run, don’t walk: dept.ly/Trends2026-LI Here’s the real story: the organizations staying ahead in 2026 won’t be the ones obsessing over perfect plans. They’ll be the ones who keep moving fast. The ones who know that technology and creativity stopped being separate disciplines a long time ago. This year’s report, our biggest yet, digs into what it takes to operate in an AI-first market, rethink customer experience, and turn disruption into momentum. Because growth isn’t a formula anymore. It’s an invention mindset. #growthinvention #2026strategy #futureofai #futureofstrategy #futureofcommerce #futureofsocial #madebydept

What if we told you AI slop isn’t the enemy of good taste, it’s just the latest chapter in a tale as old as time? From Will Smith eating spaghetti to Wes Anderson-style Star Wars trailers, AI slop has officially entered the cultural lexicon. But should we be worried? Annoyed? Or... something else? This week’s Decoded by DEPT® explores why bad art might actually be good for creativity, and why the slop of today could be the cult classics of tomorrow. #aiandcreativity #futureofai #futureofdesign #creativestrategy #digitalculture #madebydept
