Since our founding, we have believed in the power of strong partnerships.   During a recent conversation with David, an Engineering Team Leader at one of our clients, shared something that has stayed with us: “I've always got this feeling at FairPlay Engineering that we're like a family. We look after each other. We take care of everyone. It's a sense of community or something like that.”   Hearing this from someone who works closely with our FairPlayers is something we value deeply. It reflects not only how we work together, but also how we strive to support every FairPlayer we place and every client we partner with.   The trust our clients and FairPlayers place in us is something we never take for granted; it motivates us to continue supporting our clients and FairPlayers with the same dedication every day.

This morning, we started the day together with a Christmas breakfast at the office. 🎄🎅 It was a typical winter day. Outside, it was gloomy, but inside, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. There were good conversations and lots of laughter, with some people playing a game thanks to the surprises inside the Christmas crackers. It’s hard to say whether it was the great breakfast, festive team spirit, the game, or the thoughtful gifts that brought us the most joy. We recently checked in with Michael, who shared how life in the Netherlands has unfolded for him and his family over the past months. His reflections offer a beautiful look into the experience of settling into a new country with moments of growth, challenge, and new beginnings. ✍️ Here is Michael’s story: “My experience in the Netherlands over the past seven months has been nothing short of amazing. The transition has been smooth and enriching, both personally and professionally. Four months ago, my family joined me, and their presence has made the journey even more fulfilling. Like any relocation, it has come with its challenges but also with opportunities for growth. The Dutch language, for instance, has been both fascinating and demanding. We are learning it progressively, step by step, and each new phrase or conversation feels like a small victory. Adjusting to the weather has been another new experience; we’ve just started our first winter in Europe, and while the cold is very different from what we’re used to, it’s becoming part of the adventure. Despite these adjustments, we are integrating well into the Dutch system. Embracing the culture, adapting to the lifestyle, and settling comfortably into our new environment. It has truly been a rewarding chapter for our entire family, filled with learning, resilience, and new beginnings.”   Thank you for sharing your experience, Michael!
