I represented this candidate recently, unfortunaltey my client decided to go with another of my candidates- and this individual had multiple other offers. I love recieving messages/ Calls like this from clients and candidates though even when the outcome in your relationship hasn't been the positive one. In every market, there are people others turn to because they offer value, perspective, and trust. Not every conversation needs to lead to £££. Sometimes, it’s just about sharing experience, giving honest advice, or being that reliable sounding board. I want to be able to show up for as many people as I possibly can in my market, to build long term relationships that last. It wont always result in a fee but I hope that inturn it will open more doors than any sales pitch ever could.
