After celebrating International Day of Persons with Disabilities yesterday, we’re reflecting on some of the incredible work Randstad colleagues around the world are doing to drive more inclusive and equitable employment. 👏Randstad Australia's Recruitable Pilot is changing the way businesses recruit people with disabilities. Beyond placements, the program focuses on removing barriers to entry through disability-specific training. Over 700 consultants and client stakeholders completed the training, leading to 115 meaningful career placements for professionals with disabilities. This work earned the team the SEEK SARA Award for 'Outstanding Progress in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion' 💙 🤝Randstad Polska was a partner on Incl(vi)sion, a public-private association of employers and governmental institutions dedicated to disability inclusion. We co-organized the first Virtual Job Fairs for Business and Talent with Disabilities. During the fair, our Talent Advisors provided direct job consultancy and career advice to candidates, helping bridge the gap between talent and inclusive employers 💙 The Randstad Foundation from Randstad España celebrated 20 years of promoting employability for people with disabilities. Over two decades, the Foundation has supported more than 49,000 people, trained nearly 19,000 individuals, and facilitated 19,432 job placements. Their Social Innovation Hub and Ability Campus bridge the digital divide by offering specialized training in high-demand fields like cybersecurity and programming.
