Redcare Pharmacy at EUDI Wallets Launchpad 2025 Last month, Redcare Pharmacy participated in the EUDI Wallets Launchpad 2025 in Brussels, demonstrating how online pharmacies can retrieve and redeem e-Prescriptions using the European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW). As an early mover in testing cross-border e-Prescription use cases, we shared our proof-of-concept work, upcoming next steps and our long-term vision: a pan-European e-Prescription system that improves access for patients across Europe. Starting the new year with a partnership that makes healthcare more accessible. Redcare Pharmacy is launching a new cooperation with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG), bringing greater flexibility and reliability to medicine delivery across Austria. What this means in practice: Customers can choose home delivery, pickup at around 3,000 Austrian Post locations or 24/7 accessible parcel stations nationwide. A service designed around real lives, real routines and real needs. By combining our pharmaceutical expertise with the strongest logistics network in the country, we are strengthening last-mile healthcare delivery and making digital health services more practical, dependable and close to people.   A strong way to begin the year – focused on partnerships, responsibility and solutions that work in everyday life.

The conversation focused on real-life use cases: people with chronic conditions, limited mobility or long distances to the next pharmacy – and on a fact that is often overlooked: online pharmacies are fully regulated pharmacies, delivering the same pharmaceutical standards through a different access point. Across Europe, digital pharmacy services are already part of everyday healthcare. In Austria, the discussion shows why it is important to look beyond formats and focus on what truly matters: reliable, safe and patient-oriented access to medication. 💊

Redcare Pharmacy expands its leadership position in e-Rx, nearly doubling Rx sales in Germany in 2025. Today, we published our preliminary results for Q4 and the full year 2025 - here are the key highlights: - Q4 sales are up 18% year over year to EUR 794M and full year 2025 sales are up 24% to EUR 2.9bn. - Rx (prescription) sales in Germany are up 60% in Q4 to EUR 155M and 98% to EUR 503M for the full year. - Non-Rx sales increased 9% year over year in Q4 to EUR 483M and 15% for the full year to EUR 1.9bn. - The number of active customers reached 13.9M, up 1.4M year over year. Customer satisfaction measured by the Net Promoter Score improved from 72 in Q3 to 74 in Q4. “We delivered a strong performance in 2025. Celebrating a successful wishing tree initiative!🎄 Over the past weeks, our teams in Cologne and Sevenum came together to brighten the holidays for local families - in partnership with the Luther Church Südstadt and De Wensboom. Thanks to the heartfelt engagement of our colleagues, every single wish from our office wishing trees was fulfilled. Dozens of carefully selected gifts have now reached the children, bringing moments of joy that truly matter. We’re proud of our teams and grateful to everyone who contributed to making this year’s wishing tree a success.

Winter moments in Sevenum and Cologne ✨ Last week Friday, colleagues at our Sevenum site kicked off the season with their annual winter market. Yesterday, our Cologne team followed with a festive gathering of their own. Both events offered warm punch, good food, and plenty of cozy moments - creating valuable time to connect across teams and unwind together. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in organising these two events and also to everyone who participated. Your commitment helps strengthen the culture that defines who we are. 🏢 Redcare Pharmacy opens new online pharmacy for the Austrian market in Czechia. On Wednesday, we officially inaugurated our new online pharmacy for the Austrian market in Pilsen, Czechia - a milestone moment for Redcare Pharmacy and a celebration we were proud to share with our teams on site. The inauguration marks the successful completion of a project realised in record time: from groundbreaking last October to the first parcel shipment to Austria in early December, including all regulatory approvals. After a succesful test phase, fulfilment for the Austrian market has now been transferred from Sevenum to Pilsen. Our COO Theresa Holler comments: “The opening of our new online pharmacy in Pilsen is a key milestone in elevating our service for customers in Europe and driving our continued growth. Thanks to the exceptional speed with which we were able to realise this project, customers are already enjoying the benefits of faster delivery and high availability. As a result of that, the country´s already very high Net Promoter Score (NPS) has increased further." With this new location, we are increasing our European non-Rx shipping capacity by up to 15 million parcels per year, while improving cost efficiency through shorter shipping routes and streamlined processes. 🙏 A heartfelt thank you to all colleagues whose dedication made this project possible, as well as to our external partners for their outstanding collaboration throughout the journey.
