    𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝?
    I wanted to learn more about UX as I recognize its importance for a holistic product management. That’s why I joined UX track at TechLabs Rotterdam

    We presented it and ended up winning 3𝐫𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭! 🏆

    𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝?
    I wanted to learn more about UX as I recognize its importance for a holistic product management. That’s why I joined UX track at TechLabs Rotterdam

    As part of the course, we had to launch a project. In May, I pitched an idea: an AI assistant for curious, busy people that learns from your schedule, mood and preferred learning and enterntainment sources — and gives you one valuable suggestion a day, instead of dozens of notifications. My project was chosen.

    We quickly realized that focusing my initial idea was too broad and targeting everyone means resonating with no one. So we pivoted into an AI-coach for people who want to retire early.

    We learned a key truth: targeting everyone means targeting noone.

    🔁 Pivoting with purpose:
    We transitioned from a generic productivity assistant to a smart financial coach, tailored to 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄-𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 (Financial Independence, Retire Early). That shift unlocked something powerful — the ability to leverage structured financial data and deliver guidance people actually want.

    👥 Our team was small but mighty — combining UX, data science, AI, and web-development. We worked consistently, ran weekly sprints, and asked for help outside to challenge our assumptions.

    🛠️ We used more than 17 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 to prototype, build and validate Finny.
    From Python to Gemini API, Figma, and Jupyter notebooks.

We were aiming to answer question “how to best enter the ‘’White Space’’ for Kraft Heinz”?

    Although Kraft Heinz is a famous brand in the Netherlands, on its map there are many white spaces. We had a challenge to develop the best strategy to launch frozen vegetables and potatoes under Kraft Heinz into Eastern Europe. In the team of six we made a research of frozen vegetables and potatoes in Slovakia and Czech Republic. We provided valuable insights for Kraft Heinz about entering market and marketing strategy which enables to reach $3 M in 3 years.

    The project aim was to develop a new consulting business model for a consulting firm "Oliver Wyman". In groups of three, we made a research the business model of Oliver Wyman and developed a new business model for it.
    We suggested more radical business model, increased the number of revenue streams, introduced SCRUM method, a complementary software, subscription fee, and improved the way of new practice implementation.
