The Ideal Candidate

Interim Executives

Crisis management, startup management or turn-around / restructuring for the strategic redirection of companies business lines or for managing special projects like the preparation and handling of IPOs (General Management, Technical Management, Finance Management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, etcetera)

Short-term coverage of executive vacancies or temporary management (General Management, Finance, Tax & Legal, Risk &Compliance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Human Resource and ICT)

Interim Professionals

• Functional Experts and Specialists such as Recruiters, Project Managers and Legal Counsels
• Consultants and Advisors such as Coaches, Trainers and Management Consultants
  
  

Background And Experience

• Strong vocational Bachelor s or Master degree and preferably a MBA/RA/CPA or RC degree as well
• At least 7 -12 years working experience
• At least 3-4 years experience as a Senior Manager in a fast growing international company with a strong focus on sales;
• Comfortable in a start up like environment (dynamic, fluid);
• Track record in professionalizing a department; setting up policies and structure and change management;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
