Blue Yonder Solution Architect

For one of our global logistics clients, we are searching for a Freelance Solution Architect with expertise in Blue Yonder WMS, who will take ownership of solution design, architecture, and implementation across customer projects.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Take functional and technical responsibility for the design, architecture, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Actively participate in all project phases: requirements gathering, solution design, and successful implementation.
• Manage technical work packages and coordinate closely with stakeholders (project teams, operations, and customer representatives) to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Analyse complex logistics-related business processes and translate requirements into technical solution approaches within the Blue Yonder system landscape.
• Ensure scalability, flexibility, and integration capability of solutions; create technical specifications, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
• Build long-term, trusted customer relationships through solution-oriented consulting and clear communication.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Extensive experience with Blue Yonder solutions, including configuration, architecture, and integration.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and their mapping in IT systems.
• Several years of experience with integration architectures and ERP connections, with a proven track record in customer-specific implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
