As a Consultant, you are the first point of contact for customers who rely on robust Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). You combine in-depth product knowledge with strong communication skills and ensure customers receive optimal support — online, by phone, and in substance.

What will you do?

No two days are the same (and yes, this time we actually mean it):

• You maintain regular telephone contact with external customers for reception, service, and technical support.
• You carry out both proactive and reactive activities related to MI and EMS solutions.
• You assist with fault-finding and debugging of assigned products.
• You provide targeted feedback to suppliers regarding improvements and upgrades.
• You support the development of demo software and the preparation of product presentations.
• You advise and support the sales team with technical input for quotations.
• You closely monitor software developments and act as a supporting product specialist.
• You provide input for the Annual Plan of the Technical Enablement Manager.
• And yes — this list can evolve. So can you.

Who are we looking for?

You bring:

• HBO (Bachelor-level) thinking and working level
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• A solid foundation in SQL and databases
• Experience with Historian Servers
• Insight into data visualization
