For an internal client-side role, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead / Test Manager to support a greenfield Salesforce implementation. The role focuses on challenging the implementation partner, establishing internal testing capability, and hands-on test execution and coordination.
Responsibilities
Define and own the overall test strategy and test approach
Challenge and review the partner's test plans, scope, and deliverables
Coordinate and execute system, integration, and UAT testing
Ensure test quality, defect management, and release readiness
Set up test governance, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Required Experience
Proven experience as Test Lead / Test Manager in Salesforce implementations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales / Service Cloud) testing
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Ability to operate independently in a client-side, hands-on role
