Our new global report, The Capability Curve 2025, based on 37,500 workers and 2,000 C-suite leaders across 31 countries, reveals a clear divide: Workers are optimistic and ready to embrace AI, yet leadership confidence in scaling AI has dropped by 20% in the past year.
