The Important Role of a WRB
Webinar Details
Today’s high-performance designers and builders have become very creative with wall assemblies that are durable and efficient and make sense for each project and the specific climate zone they’re building in. Materials and details change, but one thing that nearly all walls have in common is a water-resistive barrier (WRB) on the exterior to keep rain and snow melt out of the building. Using an assembly with exterior continuous insulation that can be adapted for many climate zones as a launching point, this webinar on Wednesday, September 24 at 6pm (EDT) with FHB’s Ian Schwandt and Randy Williams will explore the important role of the WRB, including product options and important installation considerations.
In this webinar, you will learn about:
- The various benefits of a water-resistive barrier (WRB)
- WRB installation details and considerations
- Which products to choose for different applications
