The market is also bifurcating: larger deals with bigger lead tickets are rising, while mid-market managers are using continuation vehicles for liquidity, leading to smaller sized transactions. • Secondaries are now key for active portfolio management. Investors are adjusting allocations in response to positive market changes, and are using secondaries to rebalance exposure across asset classes. • With infrastructure and real estate secondaries growing rapidly, the secondaries market is here to stay and will continue to expand.
