    🌎 𝗔𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝟯𝟬: 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲   When the world gathers for critical climate talks at COP30 in Belém, Brazil, our job is simple: make sure every single voice gets heard.   In a monumental, temporary "city", spanning 160,000 m² with 149 country pavilions, we stepped in to deliver high-level, comprehensive interpretation services at an extraordinary scale: 🧑💻 885 sessions over 11 days (that's about 80 sessions daily!) 🌍 8 languages covered, including the six UN languages plus Portuguese/Brazilian and Italian 🗣️ A team of over 150 interpreters and 20 technicians on-site   The scale was huge, and the challenges were real. We had to overcome technical hiccups and manage services with very short-notice requests from various stakeholders. But our solution-focused team (with high adaptability ) never stopped, proving that reliability wins under pressure.   A huge shout-out to our incredible team! 👏 While we can't name everyone, we must highlight the amazing work of Giulia Silvestrini and Daniel Weigand.   And to our partner, who made this possible.     What an inspiring two days at MINDEF (NL) Defence Language Centre’s Innovation Day, where Acolad group was invited to participate as one of their innovation partners. Last week, we presented and demoed several key innovations, including: 🔹 AI Interpreting App 🔹 Linguistic strategy approach 🔹 Terminology foundations 🔹 Interpreting management workflows Throughout these two days, we had the opportunity to engage directly with Defence leadership, international delegations, and more than 80 professionals from the TCD. It was brilliant to see how these concepts resonated with the staff who will shape the next phase of the project. A massive thank you to Dennis van Berkel and Marieke Voorvelt for inviting us to contribute to this important moment for the TCD. Chapeau!
