Clinical Data Manager Lead

As a Clinical Data Manager Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that clinical trial data across multiple studies which is collected, managed, and reported with clarity, accuracy, and compliance.

This role is ideal for you if:

• You have a proven ability to lead multiple concurrent studies with confidence and efficiency.
• You enjoy engaging directly with clients and providing strategic data management guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical data management across multiple global studies, from protocol review to database lock, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design and manage study-specific databases using EDC systems (e.g., Medrio, Medidata Rave), including eCRF development, validation, and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, provide client-facing updates and solutions, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain data integrity throughout the trial, conducting SAE reconciliations, supporting external system integration (ePRO, IWRS), and managing database closeout and archival processes

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc, or in a related field of study

Experience

• 5-7 years of clinical data management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a CRO environment
• 3 years of experience as a lead data manager
• Extensive experience working with EDC systems (experience with Medrio and Medidata Rave preferred)
