After a good start to 2025, we are reporting a second quarter with the highest EBITA margin ever, a good seasonal operating cash flow and continued stable growth, despite strong headwinds from currency effects. The Group’s sales and EBITA increased during the quarter by 12 and 15 per cent, respectively, excluding currency effects. The EBITA margin was record-high with 12.2 per cent, which is the first time in Beijer Ref’s history that the margin exceeded 12 per cent in a quarter. Beijer Ref’s annual report and sustainability report 2024 has now been published. We are pleased to announce the release of our Q4 report. During the full year 2024, the Group continued to perform well, and we conclude a year with a good organic growth trend. Sales and EBITA, excluding items affecting comparability, increased by 11 and 11 per cent respectively and the EBITA margin, excluding items affecting comparability, amounted to 10.6 per cent. Operating cash flow for 2024 was record high and amounted to SEK 3,464 million. During the year, five new companies were integrated into the business, further strengthening our position as a leading global player within HVAC and cooling technology. Beijer Ref and SWEP extend their partnership Beijer Ref and SWEP, both leaders in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, now confirm their successful collaboration and extend their partnership agreement for another three years. SWEP, headquartered in Landskrona Sweden is a world-leading supplier of brazed plate heat exchangers, with manufacturing presence in Sweden, Slovakia, US, China and Malaysia. The contract covers more than 500+ Beijer Ref branches in 45 markets in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
