Following his acclaimed exhibitions at Singapore International Photography Festival 2024 and Singapore Art Week 2025, world-renowned Chinese artist Liu Bolin returns to Singapore with a showcase that blends artistic excellence and social impact this September. This time, Liu joins forces with the Rare Disorders Society (Singapore) and YANG Gallery for Canvas of Hope – an initiative that kicks off with three live art creation sessions across Singapore, followed by Liu’s largest exhibition here to date. On the sidelines of the exhibition, Liu will also conduct an art therapy workshop for children with rare disorders. More than an art event, Canvas of Hope is a call to witness courage, celebrate resilience, and experience how creativity can inspire compassion and change lives. Singapore is honoured to be part of this journey as we strive to embrace artistic excellence with social impact. We look forward to welcoming local and international art lovers alike to witness this meaningful event where art meets purpose. 🎨 A colour of HOPE is on the horizon! We’re excited to announce the collaboration with world-renowned artist Liu Bolin (“The Invisible Man”) and YANG Gallery for Canvas of Hope – an art-meets-advocacy initiative supporting children with rare diseases. Through this campaign, we aim to blend the power of art with the urgency of our cause, raising S$1 million to support children with rare diseases. Funds raised will go towards medical needs, therapy subsidies, and caregiver programmes, ensuring no one in our community is left behind. This collaboration isn’t just about creating art. It’s about giving voice and visibility to those whose stories are often unheard and unseen.
