At a time of profound transformation for the global chemicals industry, collaboration between the private and public sector matters more than ever.   At the 19th Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) Forum in Bahrain, our Group CEO & Founder, Mr. Aloke Lohia, joined a panel discussion on “The Power of Consolidation: Driving Industry Evolution and Market Resilience.”   Mr. Lohia said market forces alone are no longer enough to address global oversupply, which needed closer alignment between governments and the private sector. This week, we’re featuring Manasvi Gandhi, a final-year Computer Science student at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani Dubai, who spent her summer with our Digital team in Bangkok.   From working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to navigating cross-cultural collaboration across time zones, Manasvi experienced what it truly means to be part of a global organization.
