In traditional law, 3 months is a blink of an eye. In the tech world, it feels like a whole era. Law is usually about looking at the past to find answers. But what happens when you work in an industry that is constantly inventing the future? I began my career at a reputable law firm, advising clients across various sectors. As an attorney with years of firm experience, leaving that familiar path to join Codeway unlocked a completely new perspective on my profession. It's been approximately 3 months since I joined, and we have already built the foundations of our Legal & Compliance Team. Seeing how much progress we've made in such a short time is proof of the fast-developing nature of the mobile app industry. The mobile app world operates on a completely different frequency. We aren't just checking compliance boxes; we are navigating the uncharted territories of AI and securing IP rights for products that scale globally overnight. We have to be proactive, ensuring our innovation stands on solid legal ground while the global standards are still taking shape. But you cannot navigate this speed alone. I’m surrounded by young, brilliant professionals from different backgrounds who are dedicated with growth. It’s a culture where ideas win over hierarchy. It’s only been 3 months, but given the learning curve and the impact we've made, it feels like I’ve already gained a year’s worth of experience. #Codeway

It reflects the billions of interactions and queries processed within Codeway’s ecosystem. Achieving this volume proves that our operational scale is already massive and equipped to handle the heaviest demands of the AI era.
 It’s a validation of our engineering strength and a signal that we are ready for the next level of scale.

What a “Google” week at Codeway! Just one day after the Gemini 3 launch, we hosted Google’s AI leaders at our Istanbul office for a session on the next era of AI. Nacho Floristan (GenAI Director, Google) and Hamidou Dia (VP, Applied AI Engineering, Google Cloud) shared Google’s latest breakthroughs, the thinking behind Gemini 3, and the AI infrastructure that will power the products of tomorrow.
 This session also strengthened our ongoing partnership with Google: helping both sides stay aligned, move faster, and continue building better AI-driven products together.
 Coming right after celebrating Fit Path being named Google Play’s Best of 2025, the timing couldn’t have been better. Huge thanks to Nacho, Hamidou, and the entire Google team for the insights and continued partnership.

A new adventure begins at Codeway as iOS Engineer! As a Computer Engineering graduate from Koç University, I spent the last four years deepening my perspective on technology through mobile development, AI projects, and various founding engineer roles. Mobile applications and app ecosystems, especially the Apple ecosystem, quickly became my core passion. That's why I'm thrilled to start my new journey as an iOS Engineer at Codeway. At this exciting intersection of my passions and experience, I'm incredibly motivated to create value and help building what’s next with the Codeway team. #Codeway

The feeling of being exactly where I belong? It's what I’ve always achieved. Starting my journey at Codeway as Machine Learning Engineer has immediately confirmed that this is the right place for my next step. I'm an engineer with a B.S. from ITU (currently pursuing my M.S.) and I've spent the last 5 years as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer in various sectors. This diverse experience has set the stage for my current goals. The application process here was genuinely exciting and rewarding. More importantly, meeting people who I felt were completely aligned with my vision gave me a great feeling about starting this journey together. My focus now is clear: I want to build on my experience, focusing on projects that reach a massive user base, and diving into new domains to expand both my knowledge and perspective. I am confident that there is no better place than Codeway to turn these ambitions into reality! #Codeway

My background is Linguistics, but I ended up where the apps are: Surprise! ✨ I'm thrilled to be joining Codeway as a QA Engineer. My curiosity for technology and apps is what led me to this field. I've gained valuable experience in the gaming and diverse app sectors, particularly in AI, and the idea of working with Codeway's broad range of app categories has always excited me. I'm ready to keep pushing my boundaries, especially on the coding and technical side. More importantly, I hope to inspire fellow linguistics graduates and others to recognize that you shouldn't be limited by your degree. The tech world is open to passion and perseverance! ✨ #Codeway
