Who are we looking for?

Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate student from relevant fields (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, etc.)
• Able to work at least 3 days in a week and continue for around 11 months,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish & English,
• Good knowledge on MS Office programs,
• Results-oriented, able to meet goals within challenging deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Creative, innovative, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content in line with the company’s communication plan.
• Support the adaptation and localization of global marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and animations for the Turkish market.
• Coordinate design, translation, and approval processes with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support the organization and regular updates of the marketing materials archive (SharePoint / local storage).
• Assist in the design, production, and stock tracking of promotional materials (giveaways, printed materials, etc.).
• Support event and campaign communication, including the preparation of visuals, presentations, and digital assets.
• Contribute to internal communication projects such as newsletters and intranet updates.
• Provide operational and creative support in all Marketing Communications (MarCom) activities under the supervision of the MarCom Specialists.
