It was an opportunity to spend some time looking in more detail at the pipes, fittings and other services used every day on Morrow Contracts repair and maintenance contract with Northern Ireland Water. After the presentation APP carried out a practical demonstration on electrofusion and butt fusion welding. Back to work today for Team APP who took part in the Belfast Marathon on Sunday raising a fantastic amount of money for our chosen charity Water Aid. A brilliant experience, an amazing atmosphere and beautiful weather made this a day we will all remember for a long time. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and the friends, families and colleagues who donated to this great cause. We are already looking forward to next year where we can do it all again.

APP have entered two Relay teams with Cathy, Connor, Bryce and Andrew making up team APP Pipe Prancers, and Jane, Erin, Ronan and Aaron making up team APP Pipe Pacers. In addition to the relay Jamie and Alistair are going head-to-head over the full marathon distance. Healthy competition awaits along with well-earned bragging rights for winning team and brother!
