As we approach the end of the year, we’ve provided an update on trading for the period to 4 December 2025. Powered by the skill and dedication of our teams, and guided by disciplined delivery, our order book is expected to grow by around 20% in 2025, supported by strong momentum in UK energy markets and over £3.5 billion of new power generation orders. The event brought together customers, delivery partners and other sector leaders to address the rising levels of abuse faced by roadworkers and to drive collective action across the industry. Roadworkers continue to face unacceptable behaviour, including verbal threats, physical assaults and dangerous driving, simply for doing their jobs. We are already taking action, but it is clear that no single organisation can solve this alone. At the symposium, leaders from across the sector shared their experiences, explored practical solutions and reinforced a shared commitment to protecting roadworkers. Eliza helped secure over £19,000 in funding and materials, and established a training academy that supported 11 unemployed young people gain CSCS cards and valuable hands-on site experience. We’re proud to share our industry-leading results from this year’s Employee Engagement Survey.
