The business is highly successful, with excellent performance year in, year out, and would like to drastically scale their AI function. This is a fully hands on role, working with end users to design, build and productionise solutions to improve business performance at scale. This is one of the most important projects within the business, with significant resources available and vast flexibility with tooling you can use/adopt. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ▶Design and build and deploy GenAI powered applications using foundational models, including agentic workflows and advanced prompt engineering. ▶Build end-to-end workflow solutions, leveraging modern frameworks (Streamlit, FastAPI, Python). ▶Be responsible for the development and improvement of RAG pipelines and vector databases, as well as focused on embedding models for enterprise search and knowledge retrieval 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅7-15 years experience building production level advanced Python applications ✅Excellent knowledge and experience of LLM intergration using foundational model APIs ✅Advanced prompt engineer/agentic workflows experience ✅Previous experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor etc) 💰£180k + Bonus 🏡3 days WFH For more information, or an off the record discussion, please get in touch! 📧 james@durlstonpartners.com
