Marketing Team of the Year winner at MIMA25! #teamwork It’s been a week since our incredible team was awarded Marketing Team of the Year at the Financial Reporter Mortgage Industry Marketing Awards, and the excitement still hasn’t worn off! As a small but mighty team supporting three large, well-known industry brands, being recognised in this way means so much to us. We’re honoured, proud, and taking a moment to truly celebrate what we’ve achieved together. Men’s Mental Health Month at Enra. Throughout November, Enra has been shining a spotlight on an issue that matters deeply to us: men’s mental health. With men still far less likely to speak openly about their wellbeing and with stigma remaining one of the biggest barriers, we wanted to create opportunities for awareness, conversation and connection. To mark Men’s Mental Health Month, we hosted a Lunch & Learn session dedicated to men’s mental health, exploring why it’s so important, the unique challenges men often face, and how we can better support each other at work and beyond. The session opened the door to honest discussion and practical takeaways, reinforcing that small conversations can make a big difference. We also held our first-ever Men’s Mental Health Padel Tournament, an event designed to bring people together in a fun, energising way while encouraging dialogue in a relaxed setting. Even in the freezing temperatures, the teams showed incredible enthusiasm, positivity and support for one another. We're proud to share that the tournament raised £140 for Mind in Mid Herts, a charity that delivers specialist mental health services in our community, including dedicated support for men. Mind in Mid Herts has worked closely with Enra on Mental Health First Aider training, so contributing to their work felt particularly meaningful. A big congratulations to our tournament winners, Billy & Jamie, and a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the tournament and attended the session. Men’s Mental Health Month may be coming to an end, but our commitment to wellbeing continues every day. At Enra, we’ll keep encouraging open conversations, supporting one another, and playing our part in breaking the stigma.💙
