We've won more than 10 world titles in just three years but are more than an esports team in pursuit of trophies, our ambitions are greater. A leading global esports organisation, we're working to pave the way for a better, more inclusive industry that provides opportunity for everyone who loves gaming. Striving to elevate the potential gaming has and working to help improve the industry, we’ve launched campaigns that shed light on the issues women in gaming face, we were the first non-football team to join Stormzy's initiative MerkyFC, and we source and nurture grassroots gamers through our academy programme helping them grow into esports champions. Led by an experienced leadership team with extensive knowledge across sports, esports and entertainment – we're driven by our values around class, integrity, boldness and originality. Committed to eliciting meaningful and sustainable change from grassroots up, we want to empower the next generation of gamers and gaming fans globally. We pride ourselves as an organisation at the intersection of competition, community, culture and entertainment and are dedicated to improving access to, and diversity within, the industry helping to future-proof a sector full of potential. We've secured innovative industry partnerships with sponsors such as Sky Broadband, Hummel and Subway. We've launched award nominated marketing campaigns like #NoRoomForAbuse and committed to investing into top esports teams like CS2’s Guild Eagles roster, EAFC players and our sim racing team. Dedicated development and training programmes offer our academy players chances to follow a ‘path to pro’ route. We implement the strongest education and safeguarding programmes through our Guild College, helping support those entering the industry. We also support parents to better understand the career potential the sector has, running education and upskilling sessions, aiming to make gaming an inclusive, safe space for all.

  • 🎮 What a battle in Istanbul! Our PUBG Mobile squad recently fought hard through the Super League Europe Spring tournament. While we narrowly missed the Grand Finals by just 4 points after an incredible comeback attempt, we're proud of how the team performed under pressure, in just their second live tournament. With 32 million monthly players, PUBG Mobile remains one of the biggest games in the world. As a proud Tencent Games partner team, we're committed to elevating the game's profile in Europe.   • 🏆 We're proud to announce the winner of The Lobby Powered by Sky Broadband mural competition, Mélaine VIROT. 🥳 Open to only women, the competition brought in over 40 amazing entries from talented artists around the UK. 📄 The brief: a fun idea that captured empowerment, gaming, and brought The Lobby to life. This competition was just one part of The Lobby Powered by Sky Broadband - our comprehensive program supporting the women in gaming community through tournaments, events, creator facilities, and community building. A big thanks to our partners Sky to help celebrate the talent and creativity within this vibrant community. Mélaine’s incredible artwork is now on display at the Sky Guild Gaming Centre in Shoreditch, and she's earned her place on Guild's creative roster alongside a £2,000 prize. We asked Mélaine if she had any advice for other women just starting out their artistic journey: “My biggest advice is: it’s never too late to start. You can begin learning to draw at any age - what matters is consistency and curiosity… I really recommend joining a community, whether it’s a Discord group, an art club, or even a class or school. Being surrounded by others on the same path can be incredibly motivating. Most importantly, enjoy the process.
