Is it perfectly acceptable for a company in GB to advertise on its website its limited company name (but not registered number) and trade with GB SMEs and MLEs, whilst that same limited company is actually dissolved at Companies House and the underlying trading company (not advertised) is based in an off-shore tax haven. 🔪 You should not be able to get away with this, either morally/ethically or from a taxation perspective. It is not transparent or honest and I would not TRUST these people. To me that's terrible news for this economy. Entirely dishonest and downright slippery behaviour. I would not trust a company such as that. Does nothing for this country, just serves to line the pockets of the disgustingly rich owners. Is it any wonder this landmass known as GB is faltering, economically. Its the bean counters I ultimately blame. Glad I didn't stay in that industry. I am very much looking forward to Monday's CEO Sleepout EVENT for my friends and fellow humans at Sheffield Neepsend (S3) on 10/11 @ 8pm. It is being co-organised with the Archer Project, an amazing community centred approach, aligned with the Church of England (Sheffield Cathedral), a place of many (inc. Benn Centre, Victoria Hall, Nomad, Framework, Likewise, etc.) where people who have fallen on 'harder' times can get respite (shelter) and food and be away from the 'biting' and 'freezing' temperatures that everyone has to experience during the winter months. It would be great if donations could be raised to fund each Saturday to open too, which at present doesn' happen. I never ever ask for anything from anybody, but if you pop over to Google search engine, its all on there. 👍 THANKS.

Labour's Bridgette Phillipson's has it spot on in my opinion to steer education reform policies away from the English version of the French IB as follows: ME, in my mind: "Have they never heard of mixed reality glasses. Children (and adults), for that matter, will learn via apps and smart glasses, (google translate, etc. right in and whatever other innovations come down the track, you ejit" - Its the future mate, one of the fastest growing segments of the economy (CAGR in excess of c.27% pa. (currently only 6% of the total market for glasses....) Some people just ire me .....

If it doesn't come from the heart, no point.
