2025 is Moto Foundation’s 20th birthday year so we’re taking a look back at some great Moto Foundation memories 🤩 Last May our wonderful Moto colleagues absolutely smashed our Target 10 Million challenge for Moto Foundation by walking 10,000 steps a day every day in May, culminating in an incredible 35,246,623 steps! In the process, they raised a magnificent £20,759! 😮 88 colleagues took part and walked the equivalent of Moto's head office in Bedfordshire, to Adelaide in Australia...and back again! 🚶♂️🇦🇺 Keep your eyes peeled on our social media channels as we celebrate 20 years of giving back by taking on another step-tacular challenge later this year…👀

I could not be more delighted to announce the appointment of Noel Collett as Moto’s new Chief Operating Officer! Noel joins our Operating Board on 29th September, 2025, with over 30 years of Retail and Hospitality experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer (UK & Ireland) at SPP Group PLC. His extensive Hospitality and Retail experience as Chief Operating Officer at SSP, and before that at Lidl, will be invaluable in accelerating our vision to ‘Transform the UK’s Rest Stop Experience’ This is a hugely exciting time for Moto and Noel’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to our customers, and colleagues, with further significant investment planned in EV Charging, eHGV Charging, new motorway service areas, and digital and AI solutions. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Michelle Madeley, our Operations Director, who will leave us at the end of September. Michelle has made significant contributions during her tenure – more than doubling our customer satisfaction levels and supporting our colleagues, which has resulted in Moto being named in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the last 2 years running! Thank you to Shell for everything she has done and a huge welcome to Noel!
