    Earlier this year I met a founder of a medical device company... The company was preparing for a Series A raise but they needed a new CEO to drive operations and give investors' confidence. They had very little money in the bank and no idea where to begin. What they did know was that they needed someone quickly. We had an honest conversation and built a plan that made sense for both of us in terms of timing, commitment, and partnership. Within one week, I delivered 4 strong CEO resumes. First round interviews began in week two, followed by in person meetings that following week. An offer was extended and accepted on week 4. Fast forward 12 weeks... Their new CEO is fully in place and has already secured the first tranche of their Series A funding. This is why I love what I do. When the right match is made, you can feel the momentum immediately... Supporting founders overcome hurdles is the most rewarding part of what I do!

Today is the first day I’m feeling festive and ready for the holiday season. In the US, today looks a little different. Families gather for a long, slow meal. People travel across states to be together. Kitchens are full of pumpkin pie, turkey, and traditions that have been passed down for generations.
