After a remarkable nine years with pladis and a total of 15 years with Yıldız Holding, we announce that Fulya Fraser will be leaving the organisation at the end of August. During her time at pladis, Fulya has been instrumental in shaping our organisation and culture. From leading the transformation to creating a high-performing company, her impact has been both profound and lasting. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Fulya architected our global talent strategy and organisational structure, designed and embedded our ‘One pladis’ culture and championed our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) agenda. In her most recent role as Chief Growth Officer, Fulya spearheaded the launch of our proprietary Marketing University, expanded our Data Analytics & Insights capability and laid the foundations of new growth platforms. While we are sad to see Fulya go, we are deeply grateful for her dedication, vision and leadership.
