This Monday, our People Team attended the Restart Scheme’s fourth-year celebration, hosted by the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) and sponsored by Jim Dickson MP. Since its launch, the Restart Scheme has provided tailored support and training, helping hundreds of thousands of people return to sustainable employment through collaboration between government, providers, employers, and the voluntary sector.
