Global pressure on ESG compliance is intensifying and organisations can no longer treat ESG as a 'nice-to-have'. Our new article explores why firms should go beyond the basics: from transparent reporting and meaningful sustainability practices, to using ESG credentials as a differentiator for clients and talent. Now is the time for firms to ask: Is our ESG approach more than compliance - is it credible, integrated and future-proof? How do we embed sustainability into our operations, culture and hiring strategies? And are we positioned to compete on ESG terms, with clients, candidates and regulators increasingly expecting more? A thoughtful reflection from Managing Director of our Spain office Alejandro Kress, Ph.D. on what harmony and collaboration really mean in a team setting. Adapting, listening and working with intention aren’t optional soft skills, they’re the foundations of effective leadership and performance. #LegalRecruitment #Leadership #LegalCareer

😊 #acompasar #ritmo #armonia SSQ

Lawyers put years into getting into the right seat, the right team, the right trajectory. So when they’re thinking about moving, it’s never a simple yes/no decision, but a real calculation of risk, identity, loyalty and long-term ambition. In the first episode of The SSQ Podcast, Valentina Dunn and Ben Quarry talk about why recruiters must stay deeply aware of that investment, and why good advice starts with listening, not pressure.
