The Peel Entertainment Group operates a worldwide cruise entertainment programme, renowned for innovation, high quality production standards and excellent care of our talent. Due to rapid growth this year and next we are looking to introduce a new role to the business to help us build our structure and take a further step in our expansion plans.   Location: Skipton, North Yorkshire (limited wfh, the post holder will be expected to be majority office based).   Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Operations Manager to oversee the leadership and management of our cruise operations and in house operational division.   The postholder will ensure that operational standards are met across a range of areas, from client liaison to recruitment and training, including oversee ship onboard HR and compliance matters. They will be responsible for leadership and strategic planning for the HQ operations and recruitments teams and will also be likely to be part of the Senior Leadership Team.   This role includes travel to ships, - please note there are no direct creative responsibilities.    Skills & Experience Required: * Strong communication and client relationship skills. * Proven experience in operational management, preferably within a entertainment environment. * Exceptional organisational and planning abilities. * Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing managers. * An understanding of MLC and GDPR compliance requirements or agreement to train in. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. * Experience in strategic travel planning and logistics. * Ability to work within a fast paced environment with other senior managers and directors.   Salary Range Depending on experience we anticipate the role to be a basic of £49,000 - £60,000, other generous benefits and bonus potential.
