It is both fascinating and reassuring to know that CHROs globally are responding to the unprecedented pace of tech changes through a more human-centric approach. As a keen observer of global career matters, I understand the fear of career stagnation and skill atrophy due to the over-reliance on AI as a deep-rooted concern.
