UK facilities management giant Mitie has officially completed the £350 million acquisition of Marlowe plc's built environment compliance division. This strategic move significantly strengthens Mitie’s capabilities across fire safety, water treatment, air quality, and other regulatory compliance services, positioning it as a dominant force in the UK compliance market.   The integration will see around 4,000 Marlowe employees and a portfolio of 20,000 clients added to Mitie’s operations.
