She is an inspirational manager; dedicated, attentive, meticulous and yet has the ability to bring humour and positivity to every project. Sam transformed the pilot selection team at Oxford, bringing her tremendous organisational skills to every task. She enthused all who worked for her with her bright, positive outlook, and brought about the most incredible team ethos to the department. I can only echo the comments made previously by her previous team members.
